On July 17, 1970, Ione married the love of her life, Lee Franz, with whom she shared 53 years of happiness. Known for her infectious sense of humor and passion for Wildcats Football games, Ione brought joy to all who knew her.
Whether volunteering at The Ferndale Museum or attending her great-grandkids’ school and sporting events, she cherished moments spent with her family. Above all, she had a penchant for shopping, a hobby that brought her immense delight.

Ione is survived by her devoted husband Lee Franz, children Sandy Hosley, Debbie Hosley, and Steven Hosley, daughter-in-law Claudia Hosley, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
