Nicole Kidman’s teenage daughters, Sunday and Faith, made a rare red carpet-appearance to support their famous mum after she received an AFI lifetime achievement award.
She marked the huge milestone with her daughters, husband Keith Urban, and sister Antonia Kidman, and her niece Sybella.
Nicole has become the first Aussie actor to receive a lifetime achievement award from the American Film Institute, with other recipients, including other Hollywood icons like Meryl Streep, George Clooney, Julie Andrews, and Denzel Washington.
Nicole glittered at the event in a shimmering gold gown with a trail, while her daughters were all in dresses by designer Monique Lhuillier – Sunday in a stylish floral design and Faith in a glamorous strapless red dress.

Nicole took to Instagram to thank her fans and the industry for supporting her through the years, saying she was “deeply moved”.
“Deeply moved by all of the support around the world that I’ve been seeing and hearing,” she said. “Thank you to all of you and to the @AmericanFilmInstitute for including me in this illustrious group of honorees – now, let’s have some fun!”.
The post was met with hundreds of comments, including one from one of her best friends, fellow Aussie actress Naomi Watts, who wrote: “So excited to watch you shine this evening. What an incredible honour for us all to delight in your extraordinary contribution to storytelling. Love you Nic xxx”.
Nicole’s husband Keith Urban also took to Instagram to mark the phenomenal achievement of his wife.
“In a career that’s still very much in full flight, tonight the @americanfilminstitute will honor my wife as the newest member in this extraordinary fraternity,” he wrote. “Babygirl – I’m so proud of you, and as much as I could come off sounding like the biased husband, I’ll let the list of previous honorees do all of the talking for me. What a list!”
