It was on March 30, 1936, and September 14, 2024, that Ronald Leo Larcheveque passed away. Louise Blain, the love of his life, was his wife after more than 64 years of marriage. The birthplace of Ron was Hartford, CT. His parents were R. Leo Larchevesque and Blanche (Lord).
He went to Manchester High School and The University of Connecticut, where he got his BS in Business Administration. He grew up in Manchester, CT. On campus at UConn, he joined the Chi Phi Fraternity and was President his senior year.

After getting his CLU and ChFC credentials, he worked for CG/CIGNA for more than 25 years and then started his own financial planning business. During their holiday, he and Louise liked going to Paris, London, and Switzerland. Ron loved and was proud of his family very much.
They had a good time camping with his kids in Vermont, Maine, and Nova Scotia. He liked playing card games and telling them stupid jokes. Ronald’s five children and their spouses will live on after him. Michele Catino plays Bob, Terri Iacocca plays George, Blain Larcheveque plays Nelly, and Lee Larcheveque plays Kelly. Family members include grandchildren Trevor Larcheveque (Sarah), Julie Larcheveque, Chris Catino (Pao), Arielle Iacocca (Kyle), Adam Iacocca (Susie), Lucas Larcheveque (Will), and Miles Larcheveque (Avery).

Ron was overjoyed when his great-grandchild Oliver Leo Larcheveque was born in 2021. His sister Carol Blow (Paul) lives on, but his sister Jeanne Lemek has died. As a musician and watercolor artist, Ron did service work with Harford Habitat, the Manchester Homeless Shelter, and the Cursillo Movement (DeColores).
He read both prose and poetry all the time, was very interested in politics, and loved sports. He was a big Brady fan of the New England Patriots, the Tampa Bay Bucks, UConn Husky basketball, and professional tennis. Families and friends will gather in Rhode Island next spring for a Celebration of Life Memorial.
