Joseph claims that during a crazy birthday celebration for Diddy’s son Christian “King” Combs, he was drugged, sexually abused, and humiliated, according to court documents that TMZ was able to get.
It should be noted that the description of Joseph as a “freak-off” does not align with the statements made by federal prosecutors in their federal sex trafficking indictment. They claim that Diddy, a male prostitute, and another woman are involved in “freak-offs.”
According to documents, the birthday celebration took place in April 2015 on Star Island. Joseph claims that Diddy paraded him around the party while strapping a penis to his face, humiliating him. Joseph went on to claim that Gloria Estefan, LeBron James, JAY-Z, and Beyoncé all saw his condition during the purported “freak-off” party. Joseph merely identifies them as apparent witnesses; he is not suing them.
In his lawsuit, Joseph asserts that they administered drugs to him and transported him to Star Island for the birthday celebration. He claims that after being pulled into the rear entry of Emilio and Gloria Estefan’s home, a frantic Gloria allegedly noticed his “drug-induced stupor” and ordered that an ambulance be called. Emilio, he claims, hushed Gloria and hurled her into a throng.

Joseph asserts that Diddy and Adria English degraded him and subjected him to non-consensual actions. Joseph claims Once more, Emilio stepped in and told Diddy’s entourage to take him away. He claims that Gloria screamed for an ambulance once more, but Emilio ignored her and pushed her into a crowd. For human trafficking with damages, Joseph is suing Diddy, Adria English, Emilio Estefan, Diddy’s accused drug mule Brendan Paul, Eric Mejias (who reportedly drugged, transported, and threatened him), and a number of other John Does.

Gloria and Emilio Estefan vehemently refute the accusations. Gloria and Emilio held the disputed property for family purposes and never used it as their residence. Between 2012 and 2019, no parties were thrown at that property. We will present the court with all the supporting material we have for these facts.

Brian Bieber, Brendan Paul’s lawyer, questioned whether the lawsuit was a joke on April Fool’s Day. “100% false and literally impossible to have occurred,” he added, referring to the accusations. According to Bieber, Paul had not yet visited West Palm Beach and was still a high school student in Ohio. They are “looking for an immediate dismissal of the case and appropriate sanctions,” he added.
