Arnold Schwarzenegger gave his fans an update after having open-heart surgery, letting them know that he won’t be out of commission for too long. The 76-year-old actor and former Governor of California posted a picture from his rehab that included a joke about his new pacemaker, which was drawn to look like a cartoon time bomb.
“People from all over the world have sent me nice texts, but a lot of them have asked if my pacemaker will make Season 2 of ‘FUBAR‘ hard to watch. That’s not at all possible, Schwarzenegger wrote in a post-Thursday afternoon. You can only see it if you look for it. I’ll be ready to film in April.”

Schwarzenegger first talked about getting a pacemaker in an episode of his podcast “Arnold’s Pump Club” on Monday. He said that telling people about it “goes against so much of my upbringing in Austria, where nobody ever talked about medical issues.” You kept everything about health care to yourself. He said that the surgery was done to fix Schwarzenegger’s bicuspid aortic valve, which is a fault in his heart that he was born with.
