“Iron Family,” a new weekend drama on KBS2, has released new stills of Geum Sae Rok!
“Iron Family” is a dark comedy about a family that has run a laundry business for three generations. It was written by Seo Sook Hyang, who also wrote “Pasta,” “Don’t Dare to Dream” (also known as “Jealousy Incarnate”), and “Wok of Love.”
Lee Da Rim is played by Geum Sae Rok. She is the youngest daughter of the Cheongnyeom Laundry family. Since she was 14, Da Rim has had a rare illness that makes it harder for her to see. She is a strong, determined character who doesn’t want pity. She still has hope that she will be able to see again, but the high cost of surgery is a big problem for her.

Geum Sae Rok has changed dramatically, and new stills show it. The stark difference between her past and present captures viewers’ attention. Eight years ago, she looked innocent. Now, she has a new, short haircut that makes her look more charming. More and more people want to know why she changed so quickly and dramatically.
It’s interesting how Da Rim’s worried face and bright smile show two sides of her personality. It makes you wonder what has been causing her trouble since she seems like a happy person.
Geum Sae Rok is very into her part as Lee Da Rim and will play this complicated character who stays positive even though she is sick. More and more people are also interested in how her character will connect with Seo Kang Joo (Kim Jung Hyun) and what dramatic turns their relationship could take.
