Bryan was born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama. He is 57 years old. He played tennis in high school and then for the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. As a college player, he won many awards. After graduating in 1989, he played officially and got as high as number 55 in his career. He stopped playing tennis in 1997 and became a tennis teacher.

He went back to Georgia Tech and coached the Yellow Jackets women’s team from 1999 to 2012. After that, he coached the University of Florida men’s team from 2012 to 2023. He was the first coach in Division I NCAA history to win both a women’s and a men’s national title. Ben played tennis for the Florida Gators before he turned pro. His dad taught him. Bryan quit in June so that he could coach his son Ben full-time. When his dad quit coaching college football.

You did things with character and humility no matter the situation. You’ve kept your faith wherever your life has taken you, and always put your family first. There isn’t a better role model for young men trying to find their way in life. The Gator Nation may have suffered a blow with this one, but we always bounce back. 🧡💙 That being said, the dream team is back together baby‼️ Can’t wait to have you out on tour with me, and see what we can accomplish together 🤞🏽🐐”
